Mayor Sippel and the entire Lower Township Council have shown a pattern of prioritizing short-term rental interests over the long-term stability of our community. Their decisions have accelerated the loss of year-round residents, weakened neighborhood continuity, and shifted township resources away from the people who actually live here. Residents deserves a complete change in direction one that restores accountability, protects housing for families, and puts residents back at the center of policy. This administration has had its chance, and it’s time for something better.
