He has pushed "FEEL GOOD & MAKE ME A HERO" projects; ie 2.0mil Harbor View Park, 8.0 mil NEW Firehouse with serious mold and mildew ,new 8.0 mil Police Station sits high and on the corner and is built on contaminated soils ,over 400 new promenade benches, leased a fleet of EV police cars that failed at a huge cost, Bocce Ball Court and Stadium in Lafayette St. Park that remains empty. These projects create photo ops and public promotion towards Mullock's political objective.
