Maybe the City of Cape May could consider donating the Promenade benches (donated less than 20 years ago by loving family members for $1,400 dollars each) to bus stops or other public areas rather than throwing them in a landfill or shoving them onto kind people's porches who just wanted a way to memorialize their loved ones.
