Marmora - I don't want to press 1, 2 or 3, I want to talk to a human. If there are not enough, hire some. I do not want to open an app on my phone, I want to pay cash/credit card. I do not want 'miles' or rebates, I want a card that charges lower interest. I don't want to go to your company's website, send me a letter or give me call. NOTHING that computers do make my life any easier. Of course they help with lots of important technical things, but my life worked smoother without computers than it has since they arrived. I didn't need passwords or an internet connection to conduct every day business.
