Maybe I am out of line here, but … What’s up with people mowing

Lower Township - Maybe I am out of line here, but … What’s up with people mowing their lawns before 8am on weekdays / 9am on weekends? Isn’t that what the noise ordinance states? If so, isn’t it disrespectful to your neighbors to do so? Do we care about respecting our neighbors anymore?
