Lower - I agree with the spouters that say Jimmy Carter is a good man, but we also need to recognize he was a far blow average president according to many, and I agree. He was weak, indecisive, and really not cut out to be the commander in chief, but where he stood out was in his humanitarian work, especially Habitat for Humanity. He did other things besides this, but it will be his legacy I believe, because he did it so well for so long.
