I have lived in both townships and visited both libraries.

Lower Township / Upper Township - I have lived in both townships and visited both libraries. I’ve noticed these two are not remodeled. They look so unwelcoming. Can we get them looking like the other libraries on the islands in the same library system?? A lot of children attend the schools in Lower & Upper, they shouldn’t be left out.
