Lower Twp - So local restaurants are opening and advertising take out alcoholic drinks with food takeout orders. Are we going nuts? Who is responsible now for the irresponsible person who drinks that alcoholic drink while driving and kills someone? The restaurant owner?, the bartender who made the drinks? Are those drinks considered open containers in the car? Bad idea all around.
