Is the Mayor/Freeholder above the law?

Lower Twp - Is the Mayor/Freeholder above the law? Seems to be the common thought process of the Republican Party in general in Cape May County because they’ve been in office too long. Happens everywhere when politicians are in office for too long. That’s why we need term limits and voters to vote. Change is good.
