Boat season nearing.

Lower Twp - Boat season nearing. Some owners park their boat in front of houses for lengthy periods. A hazard to drivers who can't see or fit around them at times, children at play, and a real problem for our mail delivery people who can't get to a mailbox. Maybe inconvenient for the owner, but why not keep it off the street, in a driveway or on a lawn like most boat owners?
