Why is it that in Cape may county, if your not well off or have a huge family, or KNOW people, your nothing and get treated as such? My LIFE has been tortured by my crazy neighbors, the whole block is effected! In every way possible .These people make my life harder, and are breaking every code there is but still nothing will ever be done because the slumlord is friends with the right people. A great town is made of the people who reside there and the townships example. how can we have that if we as THE PEOPLE won't demand action, and demand rules be followed by everyone, landlords included!
