Lower Twp put out a post on FB and text in reference to the bike, scooter and pedestrian laws. How many of us really think there's going to be enforcement? Enforcement that should have been happening all along, so these issues didn't get so far out of hand that it's going to be extremely hard to rein it back in. Maybe, just maybe if one of these lower CMC towns actually started enforcing and implementing fines/ tickets that the rest may follow by example. Hopefully, before we have too many more fatal or near fatal accidents.
