Lower Township - To a woman: I have seen you asleep in your vehicle outside a convenience store at least a dozen times over the past year. You drive all over nodding out, and one day you are going to hurt someone or yourself. I saw you up close June 28 and you need drug rehab immediately! You can barely hold a conversation, track marks on your arms, drug deals outside the store. You have beautiful children who need a strong mother. I can't imagine you were always like this. Please get help!
