Why is there no NJ Transit bus south of Townbank Road, like at C

Lower Township - Why is there no NJ Transit bus south of Townbank Road, like at Channel Apartments? With Cape May having most of the jobs, and most of the workers coming from there, it's a no brainer. The bus used to go past there at one time. I know because I drove it.
