Lower Township - Why is it when people get new puppies they want to walk them totally away from their own property to let them do their business? Like why do I have to pick up after your dogs mess? Seriously people if you can't clean up after your dogs then please don't get them, cause it's an actual Law and you can be fined by it, and if it don't stop I will take it further with the pics I have from my ring camera and your dogs waste to go with it. Maybe after you pay the fine a few times you'll learn the rule if owning a dog in Lower Township no matter what size dog you own...
