Why do we have laws at all?

Lower Township - Why do we have laws at all? You cross the border illegally and when your caught people are in an uproar when they get deported. Also, some of these dreamers are here 30 years. Why did they not start the process to become citizens? Is it fair to people that waited their turn and came legally? Try to go into any other country illegally and see what happens to you, including Mexico. Business loves them for cheap labor. Politicians won't enforce the laws because they're worried they won't get reelected.
