Why do schools cover up the actions of their teachers in an effo

Lower Township - Why do schools cover up the actions of their teachers in an effort to deflect whats really going own behind closed doors? Why did I have to hear about a teacher being taken out in hand cuffs after numerous reports of drinking on the job?. Why hasnt it made the local paper? Why special special treatment for some and not for all?
