Why are teachers not wearing professional attire?

Lower Township - Why are teachers not wearing professional attire? Every time I drop off or pick up at my local school, teachers are wearing flip-flops, in workout gear, etc. Students should be taught that you do not go out in the workforce looking unprofessional. You want to blame parents, but if your teachers show up looking like they rolled out of bed, you are showing that you don't care, either. Stop wearing leisure wear to school. Be an example.
