Who pays most of the property taxes in Lower Twp.?

Lower Township - Who pays most of the property taxes in Lower Twp.? Could it be the beach block residents on the Delaware Bay and the people who live in the Diamond Beach area? I guess if you think about it those who can afford the homes in these designated areas must be punished with high property taxes and should they? Some people waste their money on the material things when others prepare themselves for the future. So why should a responsible person be punished? If you live to die today than those who invest to live a fuller life must pay for those who want it and get it all. The new fairness?
