When are some of the departments going to be run by the twp.

Lower Township - When are some of the departments going to be run by the twp. and not the unions? Employees are doing whatever they want at taxpayers' expense. Unions have put a lot of towns into bankruptcy; I hope it doesn't happen here, but it is headed that way. I hope the new council will help the taxpayers.
