Lower Township - What if Congress focused on tightly regulating the purchase of ammunition? The Second Amendment gives us the right to bear arms, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't specify *loaded* arms. If folks could only obtain a limited number of bullets after passing rigorous checks, perhaps this would cut down on the number of shootings while still letting us have our guns. I doubt the Democrats or Republicans would like this idea, but then, aren't the best compromises the ones in which neither side is happy?
