Lower Township - Town ordinance 2014-04 does not permit removal of or construction on a sand dune in the FEMA flood zone. Ward 2's Jim Neville has pointed this out at a public meeting and asked that the project be removed from the rec. board's wish list. If present or future town officials allow the sidewalk as planned, they risk breaking the ordinance. Officials from all political parties are urged to obey the town laws.
