To those drivers who can see in the dark, when others can’t see

Lower Township - To those drivers who can see in the dark, when others can’t see their dark car after 5 p.m., it would behoove them to turn on their headlights. One oncoming car may turn/pull in front of them and ruin their night, or them, or their car. When street lights and the majority of the population have theirs on, please do the same.
