There's a sandbar located between Holmes and Whittier avenues.

Lower Township - There's a sandbar located between Holmes and Whittier avenues. It's dangerous. Recently, I witnessed three teenagers and a small dog running through the bay, and the dog went off the sandbar into deep water. I was told this sandbar was there for one month. Something needs to be done.
