Lower Township - There seems to be 'for sale' signs everywhere in Lower Township. On the bay, off the bay and everywhere in between. In addition, properties are being rented like a resort town, and there are property upkeep issues that should be resolved. I get the feeling that the manager and council don't get the magnitude of the problem of why people want to get out of this town. Our roads are disgraceful, and future building bonding will put us in a deeper hole. Let's not sugar coat the situation, but confront it with real solutions.
