Lower Township - There seems to be more and more boat owners in Tranquility parking boats on the street for longer periods than permitted by local codes. The boat should be on your property or in the water. Your property shouldn't be used as a boat repair work site either. It's a safety hazard to traffic and a nuisance to your neighbors pulling out of driveways, etc. In the event of an incident, you'll most likely be liable. In many shore towns, you'd be written a summons by the police department after 24 hours. Why not here?
