Lower Township - There’s people living in the woods in the cape island wildlife management area off cresse lane south of rio grande. People living in cars. Open air drug use. Bonfires. And so much litter. Gunshots. People screaming all night. The area used to be patrolled by police but I haven’t seen a cop back there in years. It’s a beautiful place for a hike and to walk your dog but it’s just not safe back there anymore. Something has to be done about it.
