Lower Township - Thanks for the spout about the horrific roads in Cape May County! Bayshore is the worst! I work in Atlantic County and the roads are constantly being repaved. I really don't get it! I think Cape May County government is spending money earmarked for roads for something else-probably employee benefits!!
