Lower Township - Stop leaving you dog out all day and night. It’s abuse! The poor dog barks all night long probably because he’s cold. I would call the police but I cannot tell which home it is. I can just hear the poor dog barking non stop. If you don’t to take care of your animals then don’t get them!
