Lower Township - A state police officer is patrolling the GSP and Route 9 in an unmarked car, making stops without any specific reason other than "just wants to talk" - this has happened four times to my wife and once to a female friend of ours. He is always in plain clothes but brandishes a badge. He appears to be targeting women. Police officers - please be on the lookout for this rogue cop.
