Lower Township - To the spouter who thinks the dog owners should be arrested and fined for letting them run on the beach, so you think the police should take time away from getting the real criminals off of the streets and focus more on the people walking their dogs without a leash? Give me a break. Of course, this does not mean much to our city fathers. They have way more important problems to worry about.
