Lower Township - To the spout about the Del. Bay beach hop-on, hop-off trolley: It would also help to spread people out along the bay front, eliminating the concentrated zones. Crosswalks at drop spots would help too. This would resolve the seasonal problem without ruining the community for those that are there year round. Great idea!
