Lower Township - The speech that Biden gave at Morehouse College was flat out depressing and more of a campaign speech than anything else. These young men worked hard to receive their degrees and a speech should be uplifting and positive and Bidens speech was anything but. In more ways than one, Biden needs to step aside.
