Lower Township - So here’s an answer to our rising taxes and affordability living in Cape May County. Cape May County population decreases by 10% so our County and local governments and schools need to consolidate services and reduce their workforce by 10%. It was proven during Covid the non essential County and local employees that stayed home and collected their paychecks or unemployment that were not needed in their offices. Eliminate each year 10% and reduce our taxes!
