This merely shows, again, the disdain and contempt this "empty suit" has for our military. Not only did he disregard every military commanders' opinion on Iraq, Afghanistan, Crimea and Ukraine, which is, in large part, why we are facing what we face today in those countries, he doesn't have the common courtesy to figure out some way to salute properly.
