Lower Township - In response to the spout regarding animal control: We are extremely happy with the change in animal control in Lower and one of the reasons is that the new, independent company does help control the stray cats here. The old animal control officers did nothing to help control the overpopulation of cats in the area. The Wildwoods will be happy with the change. They have helped me spay and neuter several strays and give advice on how to keep them on my property. Greg is especially helpful and dedicated.
