Lower Township - Res-2013-318, reappointment of the Lower Township manager for three years is a done deal, but why? The mayor stated his objections about the manager in Jan. 2011, and it wasn't flattering. What has changed Mayor? Is the governing body satisfied with the direction of the township? Does this person have vision and plans, or is it more of the same? I think the taxpayers would question his abilities. Why don't we have a selection process of other candidates, or is it more of the same politics? Mayor, you questioned the manager selection as arrogance of power then, how can you change now?
