Lower Township - A reply to a Villas comment on Air BnB''s. Here is the deal. The area is changing, and for the better. Homes here are selling for big money and the new homeowners are doing an amazing job improving the properties. Finally, there is now pride in these neighborhoods. Some Locals just didn't seem to care about their community and let their homes fall into disrepair. That trend is rapidly going by the wayside. Just in my neighborhood alone several "locals" have moved, and now the properties are beautiful. So be it.
