Lower Township - RE: The Villas comment on short-term vs long term rentals. Bottom line. Short-term renters take care of the properties. Long-term renters for the most part do not take care of properties. I know because I own both and have now elected to do short-term only. I was tired of taking long-term renters to court and eventually having to have the Sheriff's Dept. remove these individuals. Airbnb's, VRBO's, and Vacation Rentals thru local realtors are now the way to go. Change is here and here to stay.
