Lower Township - Re: The North Cape May comment on no Black-Americans working at LTES at any level and this is not so in the MTES school system. For starters, LTES has a full staff and additional help is not needed at this time. Secondly, Middle Township has more Blacks and Hispanics that live in the area . The majority of people that live in Lower Township and Cape May are White. So, what is your problem?
