Lower Township - Re: Lower Township residents who claim they are willing to pay for a pool. The problem is those people really don't want to pay. They want someone else to pay. If they did want to pay, they could simply build a private club and charge all the others who claim to be willing to pay. They don't want a basic pool. They want a water park that costs about 20 times the average public pool.
