Lower Township - Re: The Lower Township comment on the jughandle at Rt. 9 and how some people break the law and make the immediate left turn to enter the northbound Parkway. I agree. Have a traffic cam installed. It is the hurry up and wait, all about me mentality of some of today's drivers. Hit them in the wallet and maybe, just maybe they will obey the law.
