Lower Township - Rather than wasting millions of tax dollars to upgrade the desalination plant because of anticipated increased demand for water, prevent the future increased demand for water by not allowing any more new residential development. Stopping residential development is the only way to save our water supply and to keep down the cost of living here. More development brings higher taxes, sewer rates, water rates, etc.
