Lower Township - Ran on the beach from Wildwood Ave. down to Springtime Rd. May 29. There were at least eight dogs running loose and saw several plastic bags with what appeared to be dog poop on the sand. Can't blame the dogs: they cannot read the signs. The township will have to start giving fines in sufficiently high enough amounts to get the attention of those who continue to violate township rules, and much more importantly, the rights of others to use the beach safely.
