Lower Township - The pool idea in Lower Township is such a bad business deal. Who in their right mind would spend millions to build something on a rental property? Not only are my taxes going to have to pay for and maintain this pool, but I'll also have to pay a daily rate to use it. It doesn't matter who rents time in it; that could never defray the cost to the point of it costing us nothing. Common sense dictates that this is a bad deal.
