A CM local bought it and converted it into the CM Point Science Center. The Sisters then opened a small retreat house in Sea Isle and bought a newer 35-room building for year-round use in Ocean Grove. The Sisters who owned the Stone Harbor house had the same problem: a building with no heat/AC, too big and costly to maintain.
