Lower Township - By now, we’ve all seen the body cam footage of Lower Township's DUI arrest of a lieutenant. If that is all it takes to get arrested, then everyone is in jeopardy. I never met the man, despite living here since 1986, but I saw zero indication of him being drunk. In fact, the arresting officer said he did not smell alcohol.
