Lower Township - NJ should be called the "Toll State." All tolls should be eliminated on all NJ highways. I try to avoid the toll roads whenever I can. The Parkway, Turnpike, and AC Expressway should be run by NJDOT instead and eliminate all tolls. EZ Pass makes mistakes and bills for tolls you did pay. Having no tolls at all is even easier than EZ Pass! Getting rid of tolls would boost tourism and make driving cheaper for everyone.
