Lower Township - New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) needs to have its commercial inspection unit positioned at the Lower Township recycle center enforcing the license laws the rest of us have to live with. A CDL and medical certificate are driver requirements for most commercial trucks. I doubt these drivers have these. The condition of the trucks, like working brakes, are also a concern. How about it NJMVC?
