Lower Township - The more I hear and see concerning the upcoming elections, the more I believe it has "sunk" to a whole new level; pulling signs down and tossing them down at the bay, putting their own people in the opposing candidates' party to divide the votes, using pictures "out of context," using whatever subterfuge they can to discredit their opponents, instead of showing the rest of us why they should be elected, having pictures hung in places they shouldn't, etc. We used to call that "dirty pool."
